National Apprenticeship Academy – Free Apprentice Recruitment Service

Lifetime Training offers a free Apprentice Recruitment Service to help you find highly motivated candidates with the desire to succeed.

This service will minimise recruitment time and costs and help you recruit the right apprentice for your entry-level role.

How it works:

  • Complete the form below to register your vacancy
  • A dedicated recruitment advisor will be in touch to discuss your vacancy and candidate requirements
  • Lifetime Training will advertise your vacancy, pre-screen the applications received and then send you selected candidates ready to interview (this process will be completed in a minimum of 4 weeks)
  • The apprentice is interviewed and employed the same as you would do any other team member
  • Lifetime Training provide on-going training and support for the length of your employees’ apprenticeship qualification

Nominate an existing Team Member for a Hilton Apprenticeship Programme

We believe all Team Members should have the knowledge and skills to do their jobs effectively; have the opportunity to challenge themselves, and develop and grow, both personally and professionally.

The Hilton Apprenticeship Programme is available for existing Team Members. We recognise and accredit current experience and skill level, and challenge Team Members to develop further competencies as they grow in their current roles.

What is on offer?

Qualifications include:

  • Food & Beverage Service Level 2
  • Housekeeping Level 2
  • Professional Cookery Level 2 & 3
  • Hospitality Services Level 2
  • Front of House Reception Level 2
  • Team Leader Level 2
  • Hospitality Supervision & Leadership Level 3

Who is eligible?

  • Team Members should have been in their role for 12 months
  • Must not hold a degree
  • Have lived in the EU for the last 3 years
  • Must not be in any other form of Government education
  • Aged 16-64
  • Work a minimum of 39 hours per week (those with fewer hours can be considered but this may impact the length of the qualification duration)
